For last 2 years i have loose teeth (Lower jaw 2nd from left). That moment i have pain and swelling and visit doc & as per him need to remove lower wisdom teeth which is moving in wrong direction and forcing other teeth.I skip treatment and take painkiller for sometime for temporary relief. Now after 2 years i have mild pain and some time small bump which appear especialy after food and shrink it self.
But last 2 weeks i notice small piece of painless lump on effected area (gum).

Wisdom teeth create problems if they are not coming correctly ie if they are locked in jaw, partially came out but in wrong position, less space to come out, partially come out and have gum over it. So better to get a full mouth x ray . It will give idea of all of your wisdom teeth. For now you please take treatment for that particular tooth as it has infection and the adjacent tooth also need evaluation.
Next Steps
please see a dentist asap

Hi sir..
Wisdom teeth is the one which fails to erupt in its normal position
Wisdom tooth is to be removed ,the dispositioned tooth gives greater force to the adjacent teeth causes pain and got infected
First and foremost is take XRAY (IOPA) to rule out the exact causes
Ig so your adjacent tooth got infected it may need to go root canal treatment or filling
