Loose stool mixed with pain in left abdo

Pain in abdomen in left lower and upper point of abdomen since 3 days. Loose stool since 3 days. No h/o vomiting /constipation. No h/o DM/HTN /thyroid diesease. Ctc impression - diffuse colonic circumferential thickening extending from rectum/anal canal upto the caecum with maximum wall thickness of 9mm and with surrounding fat stranding and inreased peri colonic vascularity with positive fat halo sign as described. Imaging geatures are suggestive of inflammatory bowel disease-chronic ulcerative colitis. Left ovarian simple cyst advised cal125. CBC Neutrophil - 85, lymphocyte - 10, packed cell volume- 35.7, platelet count - 1.30, erythrocyte sedimentation rate- 50. No relief even after taking below medicines.
