Loose motions in pregnancy

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am 29week pregnant. Have loose motions last 1month frequently I was consult my doctor she gave me vibact and af100 tablet it work at start but now even I take vibact nothing is happen still have loose motions(little bit watery) Is it happen in pregnancy or I have consult more? Pls suggest
