Hi good evening Thnxs for your question Congratulations for ur pregnancy. Avoid antibiotics if possible. If u had diarrhea without fever plz avoid antibiotics. U can take probiotics And ORS But if required consult ur gynecologist and follow his or her advise. Yes it is totally safe.....add enterogermina ampule orally 2 Times also....for 5 days.... maintaine ur hydration drink ORS water also...
