Assuming this is for Diarrhea For 7 year old give the granules mixed with cold milk 2 hours after giving Antibiotics.1 time per day for 38 year old 3 times a day in tablet form same 2 hours apart from Antibiotics.

Half sachet three times. Full sachet 3 to four times. Oz syr 5ml twice after food for 3to5 days. Oz tab two times after food for five days.
