My daughter is nearly 3.month old.. she is having motion from last 24 hous... Green color ... Other avticity are normal Giving gripe water i advisable or not ?

Gripe water is ok but having loose motions please visit your pediatrician to see the child and avoid any complications as baby of this age needs to be seen by doctor personally.
