Loose motion to 3.5months baby 6~8 times
My 3.5months breastfeed exclusively baby is passing watery (green n foamy sumtimes slimy) motions 6~8 times a day since 14days He is active n gaining weight (7.9) gave him enterogermina for 1 week n now Yamoo 4drops 4 times also ZN20. V did stool test, result: 3~4 pus. Doc says LM will go by its own. But m bit concern on how long this go. Do i have to do another stool test to check on infection or any change in my diet? Us this diaeherra? What r the sign of concern to be observed?

It may be viral diarrhoea and sometimes it takes a while to resolve completely. if your baby is gaining weight and is active, u need not worry.
Next Steps
make sure he has received Rotavirus vaccine and avoid any ghutti etc at all costs.
