Im having excess water in my stool.. infact its only water.. also stomach sound.. sour foul smell frm mouth.. vomiting n bowel sound. its happening frm last night. wat should i do?

this are symptoms of foos poisoning.
first you have to take antiemetics and antacid to reduce vomiting sensation.
for loose motion you have to take cyclopam and loperamide .
antibiotics for food poisoning.
if oral medicine not work better to take injection.
you have to take lot of water to reduce dehydration.
avoid outside ,packged food, hot drinks.
