Loose motion. Please suggest.

I have nightfall problem from more than 5 years and had hernia too from last 3 years and I was getting lot of stomachache and immune problems like loose motion etc. I don't know why I facing this loose motion problem. I feel very weak in  this period of loose motion and stomachache and feel lots of muscles pain and weight loss. When I consult it from doctor he suggested me it would be a acid reflux and I had medicines for that and for hernia he suggested to operate and I went for it. I felt well during the time when I was  having medicines for acid reflux but after 15 days of finishing that medicine I felt the same problem. I don't know what to do now should I go for endoscopy and colonoscopy. Please suggest.
