Loose motion and stomach pain

My son, age 5years has loose motion and complaints of stomach pain as well. He had fever 3 days back with headache. Fever lasted for 24hrs. After that he has not been eating well and now since today he has got loose motions and stomach pain. Should I get him tested for covid? What medicine should I give to him?

You should keep your child hydrated by giving ors for every lose motion. Give syp zinc 5 ml once a day for 14 days. Give enterogermina ampoule 1 ampoule twice a day for 14 days.
