Loose motion and fever
My son is 6 years old and weight 18.2 kg. I 2 days before he had stomach pain and vomiting. He recovered without medication. But yesterday night he got fever. After giving paracetamol for 1 time fever reduced and till now didn't come. From morning he got loose motion, watery motion. He is active. What needs to do? What medication should I give for loose motion?
