Hey... I understand how stressful u must be . Let us work it out in much systematic manner . I need few more details regarding the present state of the child and her state of dehydration . Have u done any tests all this while . Always better to get a stool routine test and a cbc done . Does the child have tummy pain too!???
Next Steps
Do not worry . It can be handled at home if u systemically follow my advise. Kindly consult for more help.
Health Tips
Don’t stop breast feeding at all. Infact ur baby needs more than before for its nourishment and water needs. All the best.

The diagnosis is acute enteritis. Since its just a first day and you have just given a single dose of probiotic, it will take time for the symptoms to go. Just continue the symptomatic treatment. (P250 and spolorac) since you have already started it. Sporolac twice a day. You also need to add zinc .If the symptoms persists for 48 hours..we need to start antibiotics..She wont feel like eating solids..givd her plenty of liquids/ors.
Next Steps
1) Visit your paediatrician if her intake falls drastically or the urine output decreases.2) The doctor needs to assess for sny signs of dehydration.
Health Tips
1) Avoid milk for time being, instead give curd.2) Strictly monitor her urine output..give her plenty of liquids. 3) Dont force feed her(solids)...Take care.
