In my lower molar teeth lose enamal..yelosih..and stucucred changed..when I eat sugar food feel sensivity not from hot and cold.. should I go for feeling or using sysodine..? I don't have cavity?

If you feel sensitivity by sugar not by hot and cold it might be a carious tooth .sometimes caries not visible clinically. You should go for a X-ray and get your treatment started.
