My son is 3years old. Loose bowel with a bit of mucus and foul smelling. He sometimes complains of stomach ache but not that frequent though.

Hello. Your kid might be suffering from tummy infection. Get a stool test done and consult a pediatrician. Continue giving ORS and zinc drops. Hope this would help.
