  4. Long periods , not stopping. What to do?

Long periods , not stopping
I have periods since more than 12 days for first time. Taken tremexa 500 twice per day since last 4 days, total 8 tabs.bleeding has decreased but not stopped fully. Suggest what to do? Should I continue tremexa and for how long or take some other medicine to stop completely . Since travelling need urgent help unable to visit gynaec.
