Age 47 yrs, ultrsound & tvs done, endometrial thickness 19mm, intramural fibroid of8mm in rt lateral wall+simple cyst of 22mm in right ovary, liver is mildly enlarged gynac 1st suggested d&C an then biopsy+papsmear test + t.sysron 15mg + insertion of mirena to control harmones, want a 2nd opinion
