I'm posting this question on behalf of my wife shes having constipation since 4months of pregnancy it was like on and off situation sometimes blood also used to come, we consulted our doctor she prescribed us medicines,syrup & a tupe too, it helped infact but this problem hasn't gone completely sometimes weeks pass and no issues and our doctor is saying that after pregnancy this'll heal I am attaching the medications which doctor prescribed
( all these tips and tricks I found here on Practo about high fibre diet, being hydrated, using stool softener (evict syrup) I've told her and she did everything)

Pregnancy very commonly causes constipation. You can try changing the formulation of iron .. sometimes iron also contributes to constipation
