LMA & Triple Vessel disease- Heartstroke

My father is suffering with severe coronary ectasia. Doctors previously said that bypass is not possible in his case. I would like to know can Ace Inhilitors/Entresto drug treatment works for him in curing the case. These days his health conditions are deterioating with regular pains and uneasiness in chest. please suggest
