Diagnosed with mildly enlarged liver and liver abcess 20*17 mm in ultrasound as my other blood tests like CBC lft tlc DLC esr all are normal and as per doctor's prescription he suggested for accelofenac with paracetamol & gentamicin injection from last 4 days. As I am having same problem I want to know can it be cured by medicine only and in which department I should consult PHYSICIAN or GASTROENTEROLOGY. PLEASE SUGGEST MEDICINE IF POSSIBLE
