Dear sir mam I m taking alcohol since 5 and half years so last year my usg abdomen report was 'hepatic parenchymal echotexture is increased'and impression fatty liver grade 2 and weeks before I have done lft, creatinine and lipid profile test so according to this report to which specialist should I visit gastroenterology or hepatology, according to lft reports is my liver got totally damaged or fibrosis,I am so much of worried,Thank you sir waiting for full details valuable answers
