I have consulted to hepatology as I am taking alcohol for 6 years and he suggest me to do ultrasound and fibroscan, ultrasound done but fibroscan not yet done,so sir according to my ultrasound reports is it necessary to do fibroscan,plz tell me in full details sir for fibroscan

Mild fatty Liver dont need to do fibroscan... but you should change your diet pattern and take regular medicine which is prescribed by doctor...because it can be increased and converted into grade 1 or grade 2 fatty liver.
