Liver Problem - I Am In Post Covid Condition, Earlier

I am in post Covid condition, earlier hospitalised for 20 days...lung involvement was 75%...but now one month passed when I was discharged now lungs are better though CT was not done...it was done earlier 25 days back, that time it was 45%.medicines are stopped 15 days back...but still I feel my stomach very heavy and tight every time...I took Pan D tablet also but no relief...I got lever function test done...SGPT was 199 and SGOT was 98...serum bilirubin was within normal range... What should I do...??? Pl suggest
