Hello there. I can understand your concern. I hope he is not in too much pain. There is nothing called the liver pain. Its just pain abdomen which can be localised to the liver area. Consult a general surgeon for further evaluation and management. The pain can be due to gastritis, gastroenteritis, gall bladder peoblems etc which need to be checked out in person. Best regards.
