My ultrasound report has these findings mild diffuse fatty infiltration of liver Cholelithiasis with chronic cholecystitis stone in gall bladder of size 0.9cm. What do the 1st 2 findings mean? How do I get this treated? Can stone be dissolved via oral medication OR do I necessarily need to undergo surgery

You need operation for cholelithiasis. ie laparoscopic cholecystectomy. For fatty liver avoid fatty meals non-veg junk food weight loss and exercises. I advise to consult with report
