Liver enzymes are high

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I'm alcoholic and having fatty liver. From few days I'm suffering from right chest and shoulder pain. I have done my LFT and found that my liver enzymes are very high. ALT 320 and AST 130. I'm very worried about my health. Kindly suggest.

These are SIGNIFICANTLY raised liver enzymes. It needs urgent attention. Stop ALCOHOL at once. ULTRASOUND Should be done and some other blood tests. With correct diet and lifestyle it may still become normal.
