There's no harm in taking vitamin E 600 mg daily for a long time,it's normal dose.It may help you to reverse the fatty liver, however a strict healthy diet and physical exercise to reduce the weight is the best way to reverse the fatty liver

✓It's NAFLD ✓Your enlarged liver is more concerning than the Grade 1 label itself. The key question is whether fibrosis (scarring) is developing or not. A FibroScan helps answer that. ✓
Next Steps
✓The biggest driver of fatty liver progression is often: High triglycerides Insulin resistance Increased waist circumference Poor sleep Uncontrolled hypothyroidism Controlling these can produce more improvement than multiple supplements.

Evion 600mg (Vitamin E) is prescribed for fatty liver as it helps reduce liver inflammation, and a 90-day course under a doctor's supervision is a recognised treatment. At 600mg daily, it is a therapeutic dose — not excessively high — and is generally well tolerated. Your LFT being normal is reassuring. Grade 1 fatty liver is indeed reversible with consistent lifestyle changes, and your liver enlarging to 17cm from 14cm needs close monitoring, as that progression is important.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation — I can review your reports and guide you on liver health improvement alongside your current treatment.

Hello, I read your details. Don't worry about Evion 600. 1. Evion 600 is safe: This is standard medicine for the fatty liver to stop liver damage. Take it daily for 90 day's as your doctor said. Don't skip it. 2. Liver size 17cm: Your liver is enlarged. This is more important than Grade 1 label. Ultrasound only shows fat, it cannot show if there is any stiffness. That's why your LFT report is normal. 3. Next Step: Please get a FibroScan done. It takes only 5 minutes. It will clearly show if there is any scarring or stiffness in your liver. Start your medicine, stop sugar and heavy carbs, and get the FibroScan. Your liver will heal once your thyroid and lipids are managed. Share your FibroScan report here when it comes.

Hi! Vitamin E is commonly prescribed in selected patients with fatty liver and is generally safe when taken as advised by your gastroenterologist. Mild side effects can include nausea, stomach discomfort, or headache, but significant problems are uncommon with short-term supervised use. Focus on weight reduction (if overweight), regular exercise, good control of hypothyroidism and triglycerides, avoiding alcohol, and a balanced diet low in sugar and processed foods.
Next Steps
Since your LFTs are normal, continue regular follow-up with your treating doctors and discuss any concerns before stopping or starting medications.
