Little blood in uterus after abortion
My wife was 4 weeks pregnant and we went for medical abortion. After 2 weeks , of taking misoprostol, she went for RPOC ultrasound. In the reports everything came fine , just 1cc of blood was left in her uterus . Now our gynecologist is saying that she might have to go for D&C if misoprostol will not work. But she is not ready for D&C. What should I do?

It will depend on her symptoms.

For just a small amount of blood or blood clot after a medical termination a D&C is definitely not needed according to me, unless the patient is experiencing tremendous pain. This blood or clot will be anyways thrown out in her next period. But still need to see the ultrasound report for a perfect opinion.

D& C is not needed if there are no products of conception remaining
