Little blood in cough sometimes.
I have little blood in a cough sometimes. I noticed it 1month ago but I thought there might be some cut on my tongue. Any didn't notice blood after that for many days. But again from past few days, i can see very light red spots in a cough. I don't have any chest pain or anything.
I was a smoker for one and half year. I quitted smoking in sept 2017.

Let me know what diet you are taking if we see it in ayurveda this is called raktpitt means heat element is mixed with you blood. So you have to avoid all spicy junky food, soft drinks with meal, avoid having meal after sunset.
