Little black dischagre during period

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hi, I took letrazole along with folic acid tablets, after that an ultrasound was done for egg rupture followed by hcg injection, along with estrogen and progesterone tablets. Took estrogen for 14 days and progesterone for 20 days. Pregnancy test was done but it was negative. After that doctor did beta hcg test, it showed only 4.8. After 3 days of test I spotted very thick black blood thinking it as a start of period but it last only for 3-4 hrs and gone.....Can I still be pregnant or it is something else....??
