Brushing should be complemented with flossing, floss reaches to the spaces which brushing fails to reach, which are the interdental spaces. So, you can daily floss after brushing your teeth.
Next Steps
To keep your teeth clean you must visit your dentist every 6 months and get scaling and polishing done.
I can offer some general advice. Here are a few things you can consider:
Brushing: Brush your teeth at least twice a day, ideally in the morning and before bed, using a fluoride toothpaste. Be sure to brush for two minutes, covering all surfaces of your teeth and along the gumline.
Flossing: Clean between your teeth daily using dental floss or interdental brushes. This helps remove plaque and food particles from areas that your toothbrush can't reach.
Mouthwash: Using an antimicrobial mouthwash like Listerine can complement your oral hygiene routine. It can help reduce bacteria and freshen your breath. Follow the instructions on the bottle and consult your dentist for specific recommendations.
Healthy diet: Limit sugary and acidic foods and drinks, as they can contribute to tooth decay. Instead, focus on a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Drinking plenty of water is also beneficial for your oral health.
Regular dental check-ups: Visit your dentist for routine check-ups and professional cleanings. They can assess your oral health, detect any issues early on, and provide personalized recommendations.
Remember, it's important to consult with a dental professional for personalized advice based on your specific needs. They can guide you on the best daily routine and recommend any additional steps or products that may be beneficial for your oral health.

Hi
A good home care will keep your mouth free of germs . Proper brushing technique and flossing regularly helps .Use nonalcoholic mouth wash at night time as directed by your dentist.Pls visit your dentist for brushing technique.
Listerine is not recommended for use as a mouthwash by dentists. Ideally you have to use a mouthwash which has chlorhexidine in it. And that too for 10-15 days at a stretch not beyond that as it leads to staining in teeth. So you can repeat mouthwash for 15 days after 6 months.
Many brands are available in market like hexidine, freshchlor etc .
Next Steps
Do flossing atleast once in a day apart from brushing.
