Lipomas on all parts of the body

I have multiple lipomas on my thighs , arms and on back . No pain on them . But still there numbers are increasing day by day .

There is no active treatment for the lipomas which are already grown we can only stop the new lipoma from coming if it is painless we need not worry but if it is painful then it need to be operated but the operations are never successful and the more you remove it the more it comes
