Lipoma is small collection of fat cells.
It is not cancer.
It does not cure naturally.
Some lipoma may grow slowly and be visible as small bumps. It may be removed then for cosmetic reasons.
Lipoma may be removed from one site. And after some years another lipoma may appear at same or another site.
Hence repeat surgery may be necessary in the future.
Lipoma if growing rapidly may be a cancer (in very rare cases) and has to be operated and removed. Hence keep a watch.
