Lipid profile LDL value & RBC smear reg
This is for my brother age 34 years. Preexisting Plerual effusion twice( jul 2019 and April 2020). All the reports were normal for the test conducted on the discarded fluid. Further my brother did comprehensive body check up and some of the following were reports PERIPHERAL SMEAR RBC'S ARE NORMOCYTIC NORMOCHROMIC IMPRESSION: NORMOCYTIC NORMOCHROMIC BLOOD PICTURE Lipid profile following were indicated jn bold HDL CHOLESTEROL 38 mg/dL NON-HDL CHOLESTEROL 138.00 mg/dl LDL CHOLESTEROL 112 mg/dl In liver function test following were bold AST:ALT RATIO 1.69 GLOBULIN 3.70 Iron profile TIBC 257 Please suggest which specialist to consult is it related to cardiology or nepthralogy . Currently taking consultation with pulmonary doctor.

Pulmonologist is the proper.doctor to guide you Is this TB?.. tested for cancer?? He will guide you Yes in cardiac failure recurrent PE will be there
