I did a blood test done as I am turning 36 next month and my HBA1C came at 6.4%, average glucose of 136.89
On lipid profile test:
Total cholesterol:223
Triglycerides:204
HDL: 41
LDL: 154
Non HDL: 182
VLDL: 40.8
HDL/LDL ratio: 0.27
LDL/HDL ratio:3.76
Can these be corrected and bring back to normal with diet and exercise?

Lipid profile is not normal. Any family history in past? Also if possible do hsCRP, Apo Band LPa for risk assessment .
Try diet and basic non aggressive cardio exercise
