I am 25 years..my serum cholesterol is 179 mg,serum try glyceride 129 , HDL 33.2 ,LDL 103, vldl 25.80..is this level can be a reason of heart disease?

Hello... Your lipid profile report is not too worrisome. HDL (good cholesterol) needs to be 40-45 & LDL (bad cholesterol) needs to be < 100 preferably <70. Rest of the parameters are ok. To normalise these levels you need lifestyle modification & no medicines needed immediately.

Remember first foremost heart disease is multi-factorial.. so cholesterol alone is not the culprit.
