Your lipid profile report is not too worrisome. HDL (good cholesterol) needs to be 40-45 & LDL (bad cholesterol) needs to be < 100 preferably <70. Rest of the parameters are ok.
To normalise these levels you need lifestyle modification & no medicines needed immediately.

Remember first foremost heart disease is multi-factorial.. so cholesterol alone is not the culprit. To prevent heart disease overall U need to exercise atleast 5 days/week; eat low fat, high protein & high fibre diet, learn to tackle stress with meditation. Also stay away from smoking & alcohol addictions.
