Liltle clot kind inside fweding breast

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I have a history of beast abscess and removal surgery after my 1st delivery. Now iam a second time mom of a 2month old. Have been very careful this time. Have been expressing excess milk often n my son also feeds well. Not had an breast till now but 2 days ago saw a very small pimple kind of thing on my left areola. Not painful, my gyanc said not to worry its not abscess n has prescribed 2 days of tolpa-d. Its not prominently visible on the areola but can be felt like a lil lump if touched. This is how it started last time hense iam concerned. Can this be a beginning of abcess? Should I take antibiotics or any other precautions. I really don't want to go under the knife this time. Plz suggest.
