LightSpoting/bleedingafter5weeksabortion

Hello Doctors, Done Medical qbortion on 30.10.2020 night 8pm after that bleeding started and many clots passed and then it was like normal menses.After 4-5 days the bleeding was getting light and then it was spottting and light bleeding like one or two drops. Taken urine pregancy test the second line after 2 weeks it was almost dark and then again after 3 weeks it was light in colour and again after 4th week it was so light cant be seen with naked eyes. It has been 5th week but still light bleeding or spotting one two drop bleeding and spotting can be seen in panty but in whole day once or twice. No other problem like belly pain ,fever, cramps,nausea,vomiting,diziness,breast tenderness and other pregnancy symptoms. Kindly suggest what to do now and if any product left out after Ultra Sonography is there any option without D&C to get cure
