Light yellow stools, tummy pain 6 yrs.

Hello, my daughter is 6 yrs old. Weight 23 kg. She has been having pale stools last few days on and off. She had loose stools a week back, we gave her econorm. Then loose stools stopped and she's passing normal stools but the color is pale yellow when I see in closet. Now she's on bifilac gg. She complains of tummy pain on and off. They do not last more than a min max. She had the same prb 1.5 years back. It's come again now. We have given allergy tests now. Reports expected on Wed. We have taken ultrasound and blood tests a few months back. It was normal. Please let me know if this can be an internal issue with the liver or something or u can wait and watch please. I wud b grateful. The pics are lighter compared to original.
