Hello,  avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside. Vegitarian bland diet with least oil n spices. Tab unienzyme after lunch and dinner for ten to fifteen days or more.for indigestion. CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON FOR TESTICAL pain. USG TESTICAL.cap ocid d before breakfast and dinner for five to seven days. Till than tab zerodol sp two times a day after food for three to five days. Tab augmentin 625 two times a day after food for three to five days. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk. Light home made food. Zins are tight so wear casual. UNDERGARMENTS cotton made loose one.ok
