Light spots before actual period start
Hi,
I get my periods in 30days cycle. On every 28 29 day I see little bit of blood spots. And during my periods I get heavy cramps. My periods last for 4 days. Is this normal. I have pcod. No thyroid.

total days of bleeding including spotting can be up to 7
you can get an ultrasound done to find out the reason for the heavy cramps
