Light periods typhoid
Hi doctor last month July 7th I was diagnosed that I have typhoid and on 11th July I got my periods which was just 4 days 1st 2 day was heavy followed by lighter the other 2 days I was on medication for almost 20 days , even now I'm on antibiotics as I'm recovering slowly . This month my period suppose come on 11th but I got it yesterday 9th but it was light period reddish and blackish sometimes today also I hardly had blood flow My worry is is it normal for such instances I was sexually active but had used protection so I don't expect pregnancy Is there any tonic or medicine I can take so that my periods get back normal

It is totally normal, some febrile illness, medication and stress  all these may affect your periods,  as you are recovering from the illness gradually your periods will also normalize. Take proper rest and diet, and wait till next periods....if still doesn't improve consult a gynecologist.
