Light periods/ hypomenorrhea
Had an RTA in August 2016- had a broken jaw and dismantled cheek and also fracture of wrist, spine and femoral head. Underwent a surgery for my jaw alone and then physiotherapy for the best with dew immobilizers. Since then am on light periods. In the mean time I got married, and after my surgery to keep up my fitness am on a regular badminton play schedule 30min daily and am quite active. Still my periods are light but on time always. How to improve my menstrual flow?
