Asked for Female, 19 Years

My periods are always on time and last for 6 days. Last month my period was really hard i had bad cramps and bleeded more than usual. My breasts used to hurt exactly 10 days before my period. It has been 2 months that my breasts dont hurt and i don't enjoy nipple stimulation any more. Yesterday i had light cramps and saw a little pink blood. But it kind of tricked me. Today there was blood although too little which is not normal for me. I am not sexually active. What might be a reason of changes
