  4. Light menstruation flow. Of less flow.

Light menstruation flow
I am 27 years old and married since last 3 months.After marriage my periods flow has decreased and lasts for only 2 days instead of 3 days. I am not pregnant and neither have thyroid. However I am undergoing medication for vaginal infection. Please suggest what could be the reason of less flow.
