Light headed, bloated, and worried!
Hi, I constantly feel bloated. I attend the gym three days a week on a regular with loads of cardio. However when I go upstairs to my room I still feeling my heart beating very fast, as if it is going to burst ! At times if I am sitting and stand up I feel light headed and have to wait until I feel better. I have constant 'butterflies' in my stomach which makes me feel as if my heart skipped a beat. I have not gained any weight I have been stable with my weight. I also feel very weak
