Ligament broken in ankle

Hello sir...my name is Anil..my right ankle joint is paining since last 4yrs I can walk but can't run ....if there is any a little stone on the way under my foot I will fell down ...my ankle got deflected all time and then a huge pain ....it always release sound like ''TAK TAK TAK""....can it be cured ..please....
