do hot foamentation with sodabicarb sol 3%.ie put a pinch of sodabicarb in a bowl of hot water and put cotton swab in it and squeeze it and pu it on your eyes. rub ocupol d. x eye oint twice daily on lids.

Baby shampoo is enough for lid scrubs..
Some do advice n use baking soda diluted in little water for cleaning eyelids.
