Lichen planus
I am having red bullbulous spot on wrist,elbow ,oral for around 2-3 around some dr are saying pmle or some are saying lichen planus i am not getting sufficient treatmnt help me out for it

Hello , 1st of all don't be stressed out for ur problem . If u can stress ur skin lesions get spread b'coz maximum skin diseases are Auto immune n it aggravate through stress.

A doctor can tell the type of Rash (PMLE or Lichen Planus) it is just by looking at it. PMLE is a sun-induced Rash. If its PMLE the rash will disappear if you don't expose it to Sunlight for a week or so... Try and stay away from Sun Light for a week. Lichen Planus will be usually Itchy and Purplish in color. Mild cases of Lichen Planus don't need much attention. But if the discomfort is very high it spreads in other areas of body then it needs attention. If there is a stress in your life which has induced this Rash then its likely Lichen Planus. Also

Hello Ma'am, Problem with skin disease is that you just cannot what problem is the person suffering from unless he/she is physically present. See, PMLE and Lichen are two very different diseases. If the lesions are coming on areas which are exposed to sunlight than it might be PMLE otherwise it's most probably something else.
