Is there any white areas in oral cavity apart from the tongue. Any history of burning sensation while taking food. Are there any lesions or itching on anyother part of your body.
Donot panic. With the history which you have presented it is difficult to jump to a conclusion of oral Cancer. So i would like to suggest you to consult a Oral pathologist or oral medicine speciality for further investigations and diagnosis.
