Levolin 0.63 mg repsules for 1 year baby
My 1 year old boy has cough and cold. Doctor recommended levolin 0.31 mg repsules and budecort 0.5 mg repsules in nebulizer. Couldn't get levolin 0.31 mg repsules but 0.63 mg repsules are available. Can this be used? The medical store guy said use half of the repsule mixed with 2 ml saline water. I wasn't sure if it's advisable so asking here.

Levolin 0.31 is easily available online in many websites. If you don't get it at all, you can give half respule of levolin 0.63 and normal saline 2 ml. But the problem is normal saline is available as 100 ml only. Once opened, it is difficult to prevent contamination. Please do it under guidance of a pediatrician
